Training Phase — Windhoek / Eros Airport
Day 1: Arrival & Meet & Greet with Signa Aviation at Eros Airport.
Days 2–4: Air law theory exam, bush flying briefing, training flights and SACAA practical checkride.
Days 5–6: Advanced gravel strip operations, short & soft field landings, valley flying and contour following.
Day 6: Rest day at Midgard Lodge — spa, pool, hiking, game drive, horse riding.
Day 7-14
Cross-Country Bush Flying Safari
Day 7: Flight Eros → Sesriem. 1 night at Le Mirage Desert Lodge (Sossusvlei).
Day 8: Early morning dune hike.
Day 9: Flight to Swakopmund via Solitaire. 2 nights at Strand Hotel on the Atlantic promenade.
Day 10: Free day — Swakopmund coast & activities.
Day 11: Flight to Khorixas. 1 night at Lodge Damaraland.
Day 12: Flight to Mokuti Lodge, Etosha East Gate. Safari game drive.
Day 13: Rest — Etosha safari, Sky Boomer & spa.

Cross-Country Bush Flying Safari
Day 6: Flight Eros → Sesriem. 1 night at Le Mirage Desert Lodge (Sossusvlei).

Which license do I need?
Any valid ICAO license — EASA PPL, FAA PPL, CPL or ATPL. Package 1 includes full SACAA validation via Signa Aviation at Eros. Package 2 is for already validated pilots.
How long does SACAA validation take?
Typically 2–3 days including theory exam and checkride. We handle all paperwork, scheduling and fees. Note: the NCAA may need a few additional days to issue the licence after the exam.
What is the 16h flatrate exactly?
16 hours of total flying time included. All landing fees and airstrip charges covered — no per-strip fees, no extra charges. Additional hours can be arranged at cost.
Can I customize the lodge sequence?
Yes. The cross-country route is tailored to your preferences. The Damaraland stop (Day 11/9) is fully customizable. Minimum duration is 7 days, we recommend 10+ days.
What does €230 fixed price include?
€230 per standard room per night at all OL Leisure lodges, regardless of season. No high-season surcharges, no blackout dates. Breakfast included at most properties.
Can my family join?
Yes — partner, family and friends are welcome on all flights as passengers and at every lodge. We price family participation transparently.
